Chemical Deflash
The chemical deflashing is used to describe the removal of excessive mold flash or mold bleed as a result of molding process, and the process involves the immersion of the leadframe in a chemical bath, usually at an elevated temperature. Mold flash or bleed of leadframe becomes to soften after immersion of chemical, and then remove that rapidly by mechanical force, e.g., water-Jet. A schematic flowchart is shown as blow, and the mechanism of chemical deflashing is containing polymer-swelling and bonding-cleavage as well. Our company has various kinds of chemical deflashing products; of course, we can also accept to develop the customized products.
